Fernando came by around 8:00 pm and was able to free the stuck main irrigation water control valve so we could turn it off and restore water to the house. He checked the control valves and the electronic control panel. Appears a number of the control valves are not operating properly and will require repair. We’ll water the plants by hand until the irrigation system can be repaired.

“In the fall of 2007, my mother decided she should no longer live alone in her home and decided to live with relatives. I advised her not to sell, but to convert her residence to an income property. My mother followed my advice.

In November 2007, my mother contracted with Kirsten Ireland to manage the rental and upkeep of her property. As a financial adviser to my mother and her acting income tax accountant, I frequently communicated with Kirsten and her staff and was totally aware of her excellent management of the rental process, to include communication with tenants, rent collection and management of necessary property maintenance.
